At SwimOutlet, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next session in the pool. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure your package is tracked and handled efficiently.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is unworn and in its original condition.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.
